Architectual Detail Policies
Warranty Information
Architectural Detail warranties that its fiberglass products will be free from defects in material or workmanship for the LIFETIME of ownership as long as the products have been installed according to Architectural Detail's recommended installation instructions. "LIFETIME" is the length of time which the original purchaser owns the structure to which the fiberglass product is attached. For all warranty claims, customer will bear responsibility to prove that the columns were installed and maintained according to installation instructions. Price Quotes
For a price quote, please visit our quote request page or call us at (435) 753-0800. As per company policy, quotes are provided in written format and can be mailed, emailed or faxed to the customer (sorry, we do not give price estimates over the phone). Quotes are valid for a period of 30 days after which prices may be subject to change.
Purchase Orders
To place an order with Architectural Detail, contact us and request your quote be made into a purchase order. If you need to make any changes to your quote, or if your quote is older than 30 days, you will be notified of any change in price. In order to begin production on a customer's order, we require a signed copy of the purchase order and 1/2 down. Additionally, customer's may be required to sign a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement. The remaining balance is required before the order is shipped.
Credit applications are available for customers interested in creating an open account with us. Open account customers are not required to place a downpayment on orders less than $10,000.00. 1/3 is required down on orders over $10,000.00.
Payment Methods
Architectural Detail currently accepts checks, money orders or wire transfers for payment. We do not accept credit cards or PayPal. All prices are in US dollars.
